Qualification and Experience
Personnel
i. HR Personnel in E4 grade :
Candidates should have minimum 60% aggregate marks for all
years/
semesters in MBA/PG Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource/ Personnel Management from
a recognized institute (55% in case of SC/ST candidates). In case of candidates
from PSUs, they should presently be working in not below the grade of E3.
ii. HR Personnel in E5 grade :
Candidates should have minimum 60% aggregate marks for
all
years/ semesters in MBA/PG Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource/ Personnel Management
from a recognized institute (55% in case of SC/ST candidates). In case of candidates
from PSUs, they should presently be working in not below the grade of E4 Candidates
should have 15 years for E4 grade and 18 years for E5 grade of relevant work
experience
in a large organization in the area of Industrial Relations and Rules. The incumbent
will be required to deal with all personnel matters of the office and carry out
industrial relations functions and maintain liaison with Labour Department and
District Authorities and advise the Management in matters concerning labour
laws and industrial relations. Candidates with Degree in Law will be preferred.
