HR taking part in Industrial relation practices should be a
law man also because IR practices merely depends on one’s understanding of Law.
Many of Act and legislation existing in field of IR like Industrial Dispute Act
1947, Maternity Benefit Act 1961, The Indian Factory Act 1948, Equal
Remuneration Act 1976, and Payment of Wages Act 1936 , Minimum Wage Act 1948
ect. Apart from core labour legislation there can be found a matter of CIVIL SUIT. There are some of the
